Take Action

The Venezuelan Government is refusing to accept international humanitarian aid. The British Government is not sending any, citing the stance of the Venezuelan Government. Yet we provide aid in other situations where the country’s government has not sanctioned it. We should help Venezuela now, for example by providing critical medicines through civil society organisations. Write to our international development minister, Penny Mordaunt, asking her to act now. Her email is penny.mordaunt.mp@parliament.uk. Write to the Venezuelan Ambassador at consulado@venezlon.co.uk, demanding that his government allows in aid to provide critical medicines and food for children.
